HWV Enterprises, LLC, closed the deal on April 10, 2015 bringing to fruition The Marlton Golf Club. Their grand opening was held September 14-20, 2015.
Located in the Marlton Community in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, the Par 71- course has a rating of 69.8, and 123 slope. In fact, it was the first public course in Prince George’s County. It sits just a 20-minutes outside of Washington, DC, and 45-minutes from Baltimore.
