African American Golfer’s Digest Print & Reprint Policy

We are delighted that you are interested in reprinting one of our stories or articles. Please read the following guidelines carefully and fill out the African American Golfer’s Digest (AAGD)Reprint Request Form below. Also, you can print and fax it to (212) 571-1943 with “Reprint Request ” in the subject heading. Please anticipate seven business days to process reprint requests.

A reprint in brochures, books, booklets or on websites of our stories, articles or images is prohibited. The reproduction or publication of our e-magazine in any other form, including electronic magazines, newsletters, announcements, links and other websites is strictly prohibited. Mass forwarding and mass e-mailing of our e-magazine is not allowed. The reproduction in any form of any of our publications, products, i.e. booklets, cards, compilations, calendars and books is strictly prohibited.

Should you receive approval from us for reprints in print:

“Reprinted from the (MonthYear) issue of African American Golfer’s Digest, must be clearly written before the text of the article begins as well as at the end of the text.

If you are planning to reprint more than 300 words of an article, you must apply for permission.

The article must run in full, without any text changes unless permission from AAGD is obtained in writing prior to print date. If you are planning to run an abridged version of the article or if there are any other changes, AAGD must approve the text beforehand.

AAGD does not arrange or facilitate permissions on behalf of writers, artists or photographers at any time. We do not provide AAGD/images to run along with the articles. We do not give out private contact information such as emails or phone numbers of authors or sources.

AAGD charges a fee for reprints. The amount depends on publication size and nonprofit status. After you fill out our “AAGD Reprint Request Form,” you will be given a price quote.

AAGD reserves the right to refuse reprint rights to anyone at any time.

AAGD reserves the right to change its reprint policy at any time.

Violators of AAGD’s reprint policy will be prosecuted.
