Esther Wilson is a co-founder and former president of Sisters Across America, Inc., whose mission is to provide support and mentoring to young minority women who wish to pursue a professional career in golf. The organization’s goal is to provide a professional and social network for women golfers while raising funds to realize their mission.

Wilson is a retired program management engineer from Lockheed Martin Corporation and she has been actively playing golf for 36 years.  She is a former Chairwoman of the Women in Golf of Western States Golf Association (WSGA) and a Former Tournament Director for Spear Golf Club of WSGA, Palo Alto, California. She resides in Orlando, Fla.
