Carlos Brown is one of the top young teaching professionals in the US, a golf professional and the Director of Instruction for Los Rios County Club/North Texas Junior Golf Academy in Plano, TX.   In 2010, he was named by Golf Digest as one of the “Top 10 Best Young Teachers”.

One of his greatest assets is the ability to see every part of the golf swing. He has worked and studied with some of Texas’ best teaching professionals and instructs some of the top Junior, College and Amateur golfers in Texas.

Brown is also owner of the Carlos Brown Golf Academy and at his website visitors are able to book golf lessons, club fittings, learn about game improvement techniques, purchase golf equipment, access unique shop specials at the Carlos Brown Pro Shop and more.

Brown is certified to teach amputees and other disabled persons and also a certified instructor in Mental Training by Mental Training Inc. Carlos has attended the Jim Hardy Golf Seminar and is an Instructional Editor for the African American Golfer’s Digest.
